Rev. Hon. Walter James Bosville Chetwynd was born on 30 April 1865.1 He was the son of Captain Hon. Henry Weyland Chetwynd and Julia Bosville Davidson.2 He married Ashton Yate Benyon, daughter of Ashton Benyon and Mariana Hodnett, on 5 March 1890.1 He died on 11 February 1920 at age 54.1
Rev. Hon. Walter James Bosville Chetwynd gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the Berkshire Yeomanry Cavalry.1 On 4 May 1911 he was granted the rank of a viscount's younger son.1 He was the Vicar between 1913 and 1915 at Penistone with Midhope.1 He was the Vicar in 1915 at Clifton with Gladhope, Nottinghamshire, England.1 He was invested as a Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.).1
