     Violet Susan May St. Aubyn was born on 24 February 1909.1 She was the daughter of Colonel Guy Stewart St. Aubyn and Florita Catherine Grenfell.1 She married Captain Raymond Lort-Phillips, son of Major Frederick William Alfred Herbert Lort-Phillips and Cecily Mary Wickham, on 17 October 1929.1 She died on 20 December 2009 at age 100.2
     Her married name became Lort-Phillips. She lived in 2003 at Camellia Cottage, Gorey Hill, Jersey, Channel IslandsG.1

     Captain Raymond Lort-Phillips was born on 25 September 1903.2 He was the son of Major Frederick William Alfred Herbert Lort-Phillips and Cecily Mary Wickham.1 He married Violet Susan May St. Aubyn, daughter of Colonel Guy Stewart St. Aubyn and Florita Catherine Grenfell, on 17 October 1929.1 He died in 1980.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Scots Guards.1

     Major Frederick William Alfred Herbert Lort-Phillips was born in 1872.2 He was the son of Alfred Gillett and Frederica Isabella Augusta Lort Phillips. He married Cecily Mary Wickham, daughter of Captain Henry Lamplugh Wickham and Hon. Theresa Mary Arundell. He died in 1944.2
     He was given the name of Frederick William Alfred Herbert Gillett at birth. He lived at Down Grange, Basingstoke, Hampshire, EnglandG.1

     Eugenia Susannah Chapman was born in 1845.2 She was the daughter of David Barclay Chapman and Maria Chatfield.1,3 She married, firstly, George Henry Fitzroy, son of Sir Charles Augustus FitzRoy and Lady Mary Lennox, on 20 April 1865.1 She married, secondly, Colonel Edward St. Aubyn, son of Sir Edward St. Aubyn, 1st Bt. and Emma Knollys, on 25 October 1879.1 She died on 12 March 1886.3
     From 20 April 1865, her married name became Fitzroy. From 25 October 1879, her married name became St. Aubyn.

     Sir David Kinloch of Gilmerton, 9th Bt. was born on 1 September 1805 at Gilmerton, Athelstaneford, East Lothian, ScotlandG.2 He was the son of Sir Alexander Kinloch of Gilmerton, 8th Bt. and Isabella Stowe.2 He married Eleanor Hyndford Gibson-Carmichael, daughter of Sir Thomas Gibson-Carmichael of Skirling, 7th Bt. and Janet Maitland Dundas, on 5 June 1829.1 He died on 23 February 1879 at age 73.2
     He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Kinloch, of Gilmerton [N.S., 1686] on 12 February 1813.3

Edward Geoffrey St. Aubyn was born on 10 August 1880.1 He was the son of Colonel Edward St. Aubyn and Eugenia Susannah Chapman.1 He married Beatrice Rosa Andalucia Harvey, daughter of Captain John Edmund Audley Harvey and Rosa Frances Stewart, on 4 July 1905.1 He died on 10 December 1960 at age 80.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the Boer War between 1901 and 1902.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He was awarded the Croix de Guerre.1 He gained the rank of Brigadier-General between 1918 and 1919.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1919.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of hampshire.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Hampshire.1 He gained the rank of Colonel in the King's Royal Rifle Corps.1 He was Colonel of the 128th Infantry Brigade between 1928 and 1932.1
