     Sir Lawrence Evelyn Jones, 5th Bt. was born on 5 April 1885.1 He was the son of Sir Lawrence John Jones, 4th Bt. and Evelyn Mary Bevan.2 He married Lady Evelyn Alice Grey, daughter of Albert Henry George Grey, 4th Earl Grey and Alice Holford, on 23 November 1912.2 He died on 6 September 1969 at age 84.1
