     James Johnstone Bevan was born on 6 June 1818.2 He was the son of Charles Bevan and Mary Beckford Johnston.3,2 He was baptised on 12 June 1823 at St. Marylebone Church, Marylebone Road, Marylebone, London, England.2 He married Hon. Alice Mary Addington, daughter of William Wells Addington, 3rd Viscount Sidmouth and Georgiana Susan Pellew, on 6 March 1894.3 He died on 5 November 1898 at age 80.
     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)3 He lived at Northgate House, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, England.1

     Evelyn Mary Bevan was the daughter of James Johnstone Bevan.2 She married Sir Lawrence John Jones, 4th Bt., son of Sir Willoughby Jones, 3rd Bt. and Emily Jones, on 13 April 1882.1 She died on 17 July 1912.1
     From 13 April 1882, her married name became Jones.

     Bertram Edward Jones was born on 1 October 1886.1 He was the son of Sir Lawrence John Jones, 4th Bt. and Evelyn Mary Bevan.1 He married, firstly, Gwendolen Mary Goodall, daughter of Herbert Goodall, on 13 February 1913.1 He and Gwendolen Mary Goodall were divorced in 1938.1 He married, secondly, Margaret Louise Cookson, daughter of Geoffrey Montague Cookson, on 16 November 1938.1 He died on 16 April 1958 at age 71.1
     He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy (Emergency List.)1
