     Reverend Arthur Charles Ashton Chetwynd-Talbot was born on 28 December 1907.1 He was the son of Reverend Arthur Henry Chetwynd-Talbot and Eveline Mary Ashton.1 He married Pamela Mountjoy Say, daughter of Hugh John Say, on 15 May 1945.1 He died in 1987.1
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.1 He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1929 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, in 1944 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was Vicar between 1953 and 1960 at Wantage, Berkshire, England.1 He was Rector in 1960 at Catsfield, Sussex, England.1
