     Captain Thomas Michael Robert Heaton-Armstrong was born on 30 March 1925.2 He was the son of Major William Duncan Francis Heaton-Armstrong and Thelma Eileen Scott.3 He married Helen Gabrielle Laura Hazel Heaton-Armstrong, daughter of Sir John Dunamace Heaton-Armstrong and Suzanne Laura de Balan, on 23 February 1952.2 He died in March 2000 at Portugal.4,5
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He fought in the Second World War.2 He gained the rank of Captain in the Scots Guards.2 He lived at Couligarton, Aberfoyle, Perthshire, ScotlandG.2
