     Charles William Tomkinson was born in 1877.1 He was the son of Rt. Hon. James Tomkinson and Emily Francis Palmer.1 He married Phyllis Helen Cairnes, daughter of Major William Alan Cairnes and Helen Hone, on 12 October 1920.2 He died on 29 June 1939.2
     Charles William Tomkinson held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).2 He lived at Willington Hall, Cheshire, England.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Chester in 1927.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Chester.1 He also had two daughters.2

He married, secondly, Mary Cecil Curzon, Baroness Zouche, daughter of George Augustus Curzon and Mary Louisa Anne Frances Josephine Martha Anderton, on 12 November 1901. He died on 19 December 1937 at age 69.
     Sir Frederick William Francis George Frankland, 10th Bt. gained the title of 10th Baronet Frankland.
