     William Herbrand Sackville, 11th Earl De La Warr was born on 10 April 1948.3 He is the son of William Herbrand Sackville, 10th Earl De La Warr and Anne Rachel Devas.2 He married Anne Pamela Leveson, daughter of Arthur Edmund Leveson, on 10 August 1978 at London, England.1

     James Algernon Palmer-Tomkinson was born on 3 April 1915.1 He was the son of James Edward Palmer-Tomkinson and Marion Lindsay Smith.1 He married Doris Friedrich. He died on 7 January 1952 at age 36, as the result of a skiing accident.1

     Sir George Joseph Palmer, 3rd Bt. was born on 20 December 1811.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Thomas Palmer, 2nd Bt. and Harriot Pepperell.2 He married Emily Elizabeth Holford, daughter of George Peter Holford, on 26 February 1836.1 He died on 22 February 1866 at age 54.1
     Sir George Joseph Palmer, 3rd Bt. was baptised with the name of George Joseph Hudson.3 He gained the title of 3rd Baronet Smith, of Wanlip Hall, co. Leicester.4 On 13 November 1813 his name was legally changed to George Joseph Palmer.3 He succeeded to the title of 3rd Baronet Hudson, of Wanlip Hall, co. Leicester [G.B., 1791] on 30 April 1827.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Leicestershire.1

     Rt. Hon. James Tomkinson held the office of High Sheriff of Chester in 1887.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Crewe between 1900 and 1910.2 He lived at Willington Hall, Tarporley, Cheshire, England.1 He was invested as a Privy Counsellor (P.C.).1
