     Amelia Murray was baptised on 7 June 1749 at Dundee, Angus, Scotland.2 She was born in 1749 at Dundee, Angus, ScotlandG.3 She was the daughter of Alexander Murray of Lintrose and Lilias Steuart.1,4 She married James Guthrie, 2nd of Craigie, son of James Guthrie, 1st of Craigie and Elizabeth Gardyne, on 29 October 1767.3,4 She died on 7 November 1824 at age 75 at Dundee, Angus, ScotlandG.3
     From 29 October 1767, her married name became Guthrie.1
