Hon. Michael Edmund Howard was born on 19 April 1947. He was the son of Captain Francis Philip Howard, 2nd Baron Howard of Penrith and Anne Hotham. He married Heather Kenmure on 8 March 2007 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.1 He died on 1 April 2007 at age 59, from cancer.1
