     Hubert Timothy Lubbock was born on 2 July 1923.1 He was the son of Roy Lubbock and Yvonne Vernham.1 He married Barbara Anne Caruth, daughter of Henry Montgomery Caruth, on 1 January 1958.1 He died in 1991.1
     Hubert Timothy Lubbock was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.1 He was educated at Peterhouse College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He graduated from Cambridge University in 1944 with the degree of Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 He graduated from Cambridge University in 1948 with the degree of Master of Arts (M.A.).1
