     Michael Gordon Learoyd was the son of Philip Halkett Brook Learoyd.1 He married Lady Mary Sarah-Jane Hope, daughter of Charles William Frederick Hope, 3rd Marquess of Linlithgow and Vivien Kenyon-Slaney, on 3 October 1967.1 He and Lady Mary Sarah-Jane Hope were divorced in 1978.1 He married Joanna Mary Wickes, daughter of Dr. I. G. Wickes, in 1981.2 He died on 21 November 2015.2

     Humphrey Napier Sturt, 2nd Baron Alington of Crichel was born on 20 August 1859.2 He was the son of Henry Gerard Sturt, 1st Baron Alington of Crichel and Lady Augusta Bingham. He married Lady Feodorowna Yorke, daughter of Charles Philip Yorke, 5th Earl of Hardwicke and Lady Sophia Georgiana Robertina Wellesley, on 25 June 1883.3 He died on 30 July 1919 at age 59 at London, EnglandG.3,4 He was buried on 6 August 1919 at Moor Crichel, Wimborne, Dorset, EnglandG.4
     He was educated between 1873 and 1877 at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.4 He was educated at Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.4 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for East Dorset between 1891 and 1904.3 He was appointed Knight Commander, Royal Victorian Order (K.C.V.O.)3 He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Alington of Crichel, Dorset [U.K., 1876] on 17 February 1904.3
