     Constance Rosetta Cochrane was born circa 1867.2 She was the daughter of James Cochrane.2 She married Henry Bulteel, son of John Bulteel and Euphemia Emily Parsons, on 1 November 1893 at St. George Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1,2 She died circa 10 March 1942.2 She was buried on 13 March 1942 at Brompton Cemetery, Brompton, London, England.2
     From 1 November 1893, her married name became Bulteel.1

     Sir James Campbell, 7th of Lawers was the son of Mungo Campbell and Helen Menzies.2 He married Margaret MacLeod, daughter of Ian 'Mor' Macleod, 16th of MacLeod and Sybella Mackenzie, in 1653.1 He married Ann Stewart, daughter of Sir William Stewart of Innernytie, in August 1678.2 He died after 1690.2
     He held the office of Lord Lyon King of Arms between 1658 and 1660.1
