     Constance Rosetta Cochrane was born circa 1867.2 She was the daughter of James Cochrane.2 She married Henry Bulteel, son of John Bulteel and Euphemia Emily Parsons, on 1 November 1893 at St. George Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1,2 She died circa 10 March 1942.2 She was buried on 13 March 1942 at Brompton Cemetery, Brompton, London, England.2
     From 1 November 1893, her married name became Bulteel.1

     He held the office of Lord Lyon King of Arms between 1658 and 1660.1
