     Isabella Douglas is the daughter of Rear-Admiral Sir James Douglas, 1st Bt. and Helen Brisbane.1,2 She married Sir Henry Hay-Makdougall of Alderston, 4th Bt., son of Sir George Hay-Makdougall of Alderston, 3rd Bt. and Barbara Makdougall, on 11 May 1782.1
     From 11 May 1782, her married name became Hay.

     Anna Maria Mackdougall is the daughter of Sir Henry Hay-Makdougall of Alderston, 4th Bt. and Isabella Douglas.2 She married General Sir Thomas Makdougall-Brisbane, 1st Bt., son of Thomas Brisbane and Eleanora Bruce, in November 1819.1
     From November 1819, her married name became Brisbane.1 From 14 August 1826, her married name became Makdougall-Brisbane.1

     Sir Patrick Scott, 2nd Bt. was the son of Sir John Scott, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Scott.1,2 He married Margaret Scott, daughter of Sir William Scott and Christian Boyd, on 24 November 1680.3 He died in 1734.1
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Scott, of Ancrum, co. Roxburgh [N.S., 1671] in 1712.
