     George William Whitmore Green-Price was born on 23 August 1862 at Norton, Radnorshire, Wales.1,2 He was the son of Sir Richard Green-Price, 1st Bt. and Laura King.3 He married Rachel Georgina Burroughes, daughter of Thomas Henry Burroughes and Hon. Edith Galfrida Powys, on 11 April 1893.1 He died on 24 March 1939 at age 76, without issue.1
     He was chairman of Radnorshire Quarter Sessions.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).1
