     John Bagenal Boyd was born on 23 April 1855.1 He was the son of James Boyd and Martha Colclough.2 He married Dora Knox-Fletcher, daughter of Reverend John Joseph Knox-Fletcher and Marianne Amelia Crofton, on 27 October 1904 at All Saints, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England.1,3 He died on 5 March 1935 at age 79.1
     He was educated at Tate SchoolG.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He lived at Kiltra House, County Wexford, IrelandG.1

     Reverend John Joseph Knox-Fletcher was born on 11 June 1822.2 He was the son of Reverend John Joseph Fletcher and Martha Conway.2 He married Mary Sydney Mayne, daughter of Edward Colburn Mayne, on 14 June 1855.2 He married, secondly, Marianne Amelia Crofton, daughter of Reverend Henry William Crofton and Marianne Amelia Cazalet, on 20 January 1870 at St. James Church, Paddington, London, England.2 He died on 29 November 1891 at age 69 at Scarborough, Yorkshire, England.2
     He was the Rector at Whittlebury, Northamptonshire, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Prebendary of Peterborough.1 He lived at Dunnran, County Wicklow, IrelandG.1

     Major Francis Bagenal Boyd was born on 18 October 1913.1 He was the son of John Bagenal Boyd and Dora Knox-Fletcher.2 He married Johanna Wilhelmina Geerlachdina Dykslag, daughter of Captain Frederik Dykslag, on 12 July 1948.1 He died on 5 March 2006 at age 92.3
     He was educated at St. Columba's College, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG.1 He was educated at Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the Second World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of officer in the 2nd QO RW Kent Regiment.1 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) on 26 June 1947.1,3 He retired from the military in 1948, with the rank of Major, late of the P.A.V.O.1 He lived at Hillburn House, Taghmon, County Wexford, IrelandG.1
