     Mary Friend is the daughter of Major James Irvine Hatfield Friend.1 She married, firstly, Robert W. Flach.1 She married, secondly, Edward Blaise Crofton, 5th Baron Crofton of Mote, son of Hon. Edward Charles Crofton and Cecilia Mabel Day, on 19 December 1964.1
     Her married name became Flach.1 She styled herself as Baroness Crofton of Mote on 19 December 1964. From 19 December 1964, her married name became Crofton.1

     Reverend Henry Crofton was born on 26 July 1764.1 He was the son of Sir Morgan Crofton, 1st Bt. and Jeanne d'Abzac.1 He married, firstly, Susan Crofton, daughter of Duke Crofton and Mary Crofton, in 1791.1 He married, secondly, Frances ffolliott, daughter of Captain Francis ffolliott, in 1799.1 He died on 23 April 1834 at age 69.1
     He was the Chaplain at Kilmainham Hospital, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG.1

     Marianne Amelia Cazalet was the daughter of Reverend James Cazalet and Marianne Arnold.1,2 She married Reverend Henry William Crofton, son of Sir Hugh Crofton, 2nd Bt. and Frances Smyth, in 1840.1 She died in 1847.1
     From 1840, her married name became Crofton.1
