     Reverend William d'Abzac Crofton was born on 3 June 1854.1 He was the son of General John ffolliott Crofton and Anne Agnes Addison.2 He died on 18 November 1936 at age 82.1
     Reverend William d'Abzac Crofton graduated from Worcester College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He was Vicar Codicote, Herts, , Chaplain TF (1st class), attd 1st Hertford Regiment WW I in 1908.1 He gained the rank of Chaplain in the service of the Territorial Forces, attached to the Hertford Regiment.1
