     Martha Pilling McKeand was the daughter of Joseph McKeand.2 She married Henry Thomas Crofton, son of General John ffolliott Crofton and Anne Agnes Addison, on 7 September 1871.1 She died on 22 November 1931.1
     From 7 September 1871, her married name became Crofton.

     John ffolliott Frederick Crofton was born on 1 January 1877.1 He was the son of Henry Thomas Crofton and Martha Pilling McKeand.2 He married Frederica Fanny Nicholls, daughter of Frederick Nicholls, on 26 February 1913.1 He died on 3 July 1927 at age 50, without issue.1
     John ffolliott Frederick Crofton was a practising solicitor.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 3rd Volunteer Battalion, Cheshire Regiment.1 He fought in the Boer War between 1900 and 1901.1
