     Elizabeth Lestrange, Baroness Strange (of Blackmere) was born on 6 December 1373.1 She was the daughter of John Lestrange, 5th Lord Strange (of Blackmere) and Isabel de Beauchamp.2 She married Thomas Mowbray, 1st Duke of Norfolk, son of John Mowbray, 4th Lord Mowbray and Elizabeth de Segrave, between 15 March 1382 and 1383. She died on 23 August 1383 at age 9, without issue.1
      On 15 March 1382 seems to have m as his 1st wife /3 Thomas de MOWBRAY, 1st DUKE OF NORFOLK of the 1397 created (see BP&B 2003 MOWBRAY, SEGRAVE and STOURTON, B).1 Her married name became Mowbray.

     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He graduated from Selwyn College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.).1 He lived in 1999 at The Old Rectory, Sandhurst, Hawkhurst, Kent, England.1

     She graduated from McGill University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).1 From 25 February 1953, her married name became Whistler.1
