     Frances Vandeleur was the daughter of Lt.-Col. John Ormsby Vandeleur and Rosetta Beattie.2 She married Sir David Roche, 1st Bt., son of David Roche and Frances Maunsell, on 1 February 1825.1 She died in September 1841.1
     From 1 February 1825, her married name became Roche.1

     Richard Steele Fetherstonhaugh was born on 12 April 1823.2 He was the son of Richard Steele Fetherstonhaugh and Dorothea George.2 He married Rosetta Roche, daughter of Sir David Roche, 1st Bt. and Frances Vandeleur, on 13 September 1846.1 He died on 6 October 1896 at age 73.1
     He held the office of High Sheriff of County Westmeath in 1847.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Westmeath.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) for County Westmeath.2 He lived at Rockview, County Westmeath, IrelandG.1
