Lancaster [U.K., 1828] on 21 July 1973.1 He was a market gardener, and breeder of a new strain of daffodil.1 He was vice-chairman of the Council for Environmental Conservation between 1979 and 1981.1 He held the office of Parliamentary Under-Secretary, Department of Energy between 1986 and 1987.1 He held the office of Parliamentary Under-Secretary, DHSS between 1987 and 1988.2 He held the office of Parliamentary Under-Secretary, DSS between 1988 and 1989.1 He held the office of Parliamentary Under-Secretary, Northern Ireland between 1989 and 1990.1
