Frances Roche was born in 1792.3 She is the daughter of David Roche and Frances Maunsell.2 She married Jeffery Browning, son of Thomas Browning and Jane Norris, in 1807.4 She died in 1836, drowned in the River Shannon following a carriage accident.3
