     Sir Ralph Walford Selby was the son of Sir Walford Harmood Montague Selby and Dorothy Orme Carter.2 He married Julianna Mary Ivan Snell, daughter of Captain Ivan Snell and Marjory Mildred Villiers, on 8 December 1945.1 He died on 21 February 1997.1
     He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)1 He was Consul-General to Boston in 1966.1

     Carlo Visconti was born in September 1359.1 He was the son of Bernabò Visconti, Duca di Milano and Regina Beatrice della Scala.1 He married Beatrice d'Armagnac, daughter of Jean II d'Armagnac, Comte d'Armagnac and Jeanne de Périgord, in 1382.1 He died in August 1403 at age 43.1

     Sir Nicholas Hyde was born circa 1572 at Wardour Castle, Wiltshire, England.2 He was the son of Lawrence Hyde and Anne Sybill.1,2 He married Mary Swayne, daughter of Arthur Swayne, in 1601.2 He died in 1631.2
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Andover in 1601.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Christchurch between 1604 and 1610.2 He held the office of Recorder of Bath in 1615.2 He held the office of Bencher of Middle Temple in 1617.2 He held the office of Chief Justice of the King's Bench between 1627 and 1631.1

     Theodosia Capell was baptised on 3 January 1639/40 at Little Hadham, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.1 She was the daughter of Arthur Capell, 1st Baron Capell of Hadham and Elizabeth Morrison.1 She married Henry Hyde, 2nd Earl of Clarendon, son of Edward Hyde, 1st Earl of Clarendon and Frances Aylesbury, circa 26 January 1660/61.1 She died circa March 1661/62.1 She was buried on 22 March 1661/62 at Little Hadham, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.1
     From circa 26 January 1660/61, her married name became Hyde.1

Henry Hyde, Viscount Cornsbury1

     Henry Hyde, Viscount Cornsbury was born on 28 November 1710.1 He was the son of Henry Hyde, 4th Earl of Clarendon and Jane Leveson-Gower.1 He married Lady Frances Lee, daughter of George Henry Lee, 2nd Earl of Lichfield and Frances Hales, on 9 November 1737. Note that Cokayne questions whether this marriage actually occurred.2 He died on 26 April 1753 at age 42 at Paris, FranceG, from a fall from his horse, without issue.1 He was buried on 12 June 1753 at Westminster Abbey, Westminster, London, EnglandG.2 His will (dated 10 and 11 August 1751) was proven (by probate) on 2 May 1753.2
     He was styled as Viscount Cornbury between 1723 and 1753.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baron Hyde of Hindon, co. Wilts [E., 1660] on 23 January 1750/51, in his father's lifetime.2
