     Sir John Chernock, 1st Bt. was born circa 1619.1 He was the son of Sir Robert Chernock and Hon. Agnes St. John.1 He married, firstly, Audrey Villiers, daughter of Sir William Villiers, 1st Bt. and Anne Fiennes, before 1640.2 He married, secondly, Margaret Harris on 21 February 1665 at Hulcote, Bedfordshire, EnglandG.2 He died in March 1680.1
     He was admitted to Gray's Inn on 5 August 1620.2 He was created 1st Baronet Chernock, of Holcot [Hulcote], co. Bedford [England] on 21 May 1661.1

     Her married name became Lytton.3 From 1583, her married name became Corbet.

     Audrey Villiers was the daughter of Sir William Villiers, 1st Bt. and Anne Fiennes.1 She married Sir John Chernock, 1st Bt., son of Sir Robert Chernock and Hon. Agnes St. John, before 1640.1 She died, in childbirth with twin sons.1
     From before 1640, her married name became Chernock.1

     Anne Fiennes was the daughter of Richard Fiennes, 1st Baron Saye and Sele and Constance Kingsmill.1,2 She married Sir William Villiers, 1st Bt., son of Sir George Villiers and Audrey Saunders, circa 1614.1 She died, without male issue.3
     She was also known as Elizabeth.3 From circa 1614, her married name became Villiers.1

     Sir Villiers Chernock, 2nd Bt. was born circa 1641.1 He was the son of Sir John Chernock, 1st Bt. and Audrey Villiers.1 He married Anne Pynsent, daughter of John Pynsent and Mary Clifford, before 1677.1 He died circa November 1694.1 He was buried on 27 November 1694 at Hulcote, Bedfordshire, EnglandG.1
     He held the office of Sheriff of Bedfordshire from 1680 to 1681.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Chernock, of Holcot [Hulcote], co. Bedford [E., 1661] in March 1680.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Bedfordshire between 1685 and 1687.1
