     Colonel Christopher Charles Egerton was born on 12 December 1923.1 He was the son of Vice-Admiral Henry Jack Egerton and Marion Frances Theresa Beckett.1 He married Rosamund Dora Reynardson, daughter of Lt.-Col. Thomas Birch Reynardson and Diana Helen Ponsonby, on 6 December 1946.1 He died on 26 October 2000 at age 76.1
     Colonel Christopher Charles Egerton gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the 15/19th Hussars.1 He was decorated with the award of Territorial Decoration (T.D.).1 He was decorated with the award of Military Cross (M.C.).1 He lived at Great Edstone, Kirkbymoorside, Yorkshire, England.1

Thomas Birch Reynardson and Diana Helen Ponsonby.1 She married, firstly, Captain James Marriott.1 She married, secondly, Colonel Christopher Charles Egerton, son of Vice-Admiral Henry Jack Egerton and Marion Frances Theresa Beckett, on 6 December 1946.1 She died on 27 August 2007.1
     Her married name became Marriott.1 From 6 December 1946, her married name became Egerton.1
