     Colonel Christopher Charles Egerton was born on 12 December 1923.¹ He was the son of Vice-Admiral Henry Jack Egerton and Marion Frances Theresa Beckett.¹ He married Rosamund Dora Reynardson, daughter of Lt.-Col. Thomas Birch Reynardson and Diana Helen Ponsonby, on 6 December 1946.¹ He died on 26 October 2000 at age 76.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the service of the 15/19th Hussars.¹ He was decorated with the award of the Military Cross (M.C.).¹ He was decorated with the award of the Territorial Decoration (T.D.).¹ He lived at Great Edstone, Kirkbymoorside, Yorkshire, England.¹

     Rosamund Dora Reynardson was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Thomas Birch Reynardson and Diana Helen Ponsonby.¹ She married, firstly, Captain James Marriott.¹ She married, secondly, Colonel Christopher Charles Egerton, son of Vice-Admiral Henry Jack Egerton and Marion Frances Theresa Beckett, on 6 December 1946.¹ She died on 27 August 2007.¹
      Her married name became Marriott.¹ From 6 December 1946, her married name became Egerton.¹

     Captain James Marriott married Rosamund Dora Reynardson, daughter of Lt.-Col. Thomas Birch Reynardson and Diana Helen Ponsonby.¹
     He was decorated with the award of the George Medal (G.M.).¹ He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry.¹

     Lt.-Col. Thomas Birch Reynardson was born on 24 February 1892.¹ He married, firstly, Diana Helen Ponsonby.¹ He died on 4 February 1972 at age 79.¹
     He lived at Ardwell House, Tetsworth, Oxfordshire, England.¹

     Diana Helen Ponsonby married Lt.-Col. Thomas Birch Reynardson.¹ She died in 1962.¹

     Robin Nelson Egerton was born on 21 October 1958.¹ He is the son of Colonel Christopher Charles Egerton and Rosamund Dora Reynardson.¹

     Bridget Diana Egerton was born on 10 March 1952.¹ She is the daughter of Colonel Christopher Charles Egerton and Rosamund Dora Reynardson.¹

     Jeanne Marie Langtry is the daughter of Edward Langtry and Lillie le Breton.¹ She married Sir Ian Zachary Malcolm of Poltalloch, son of Colonel Edward Donald Malcolm, 16th of Poltalloch and Isabella Wyld Brown, on 30 June 1902.¹
      From 30 June 1902, her married name became Malcolm.¹ She was Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1920.² In 1930 CSJ (d 15 Feb 1964.² In 1972 Dean of Jersey (see BLG LE BRETON of Loders Court).²
