     Martha Honora Georgina Jervis was born in August 1794 at Staffordshire, EnglandG.2 She was the daughter of Captain William Henry Jervis and Lady Elizabeth Jane Lambart.1 She married, firstly, Osborne Markham, son of Dr. William Markham and Sarah Goddard, on 28 June 1821 at Rochetts, Essex, EnglandG.2 She married, secondly, Lt.-Gen. Sir William Cockburn of that Ilk, 6th Bt., son of Sir James Cockburn of that Ilk, 5th Bt. and Laetitia Little, on 2 July 1834 at Swanswick, EnglandG.2,1 She died on 26 February 1865 at age 70 at Batheaston, Somerset, EnglandG.2,1
     From 28 June 1821, her married name became Markham.2 From 2 July 1834, her married name became Cockburn.2

     Osborne Markham was born in 1769.2 He was the son of Dr. William Markham and Sarah Goddard.3 He married Lady Mary Thynne, daughter of Thomas Thynne, 1st Marquess of Bath and Lady Elizabeth Cavendish-Bentinck.3 He married, secondly, Martha Honora Georgina Jervis, daughter of Captain William Henry Jervis and Lady Elizabeth Jane Lambart, on 28 June 1821 at Rochetts, Essex, EnglandG.2 He died in 1827.2
     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Calne.2 He was Comptroller of the Barrack Department.2

     Lt.-Gen. Sir William Cockburn of that Ilk, 6th Bt. was born in 1769.1 He was the son of Sir James Cockburn of that Ilk, 5th Bt. and Laetitia Little.3 He married, firstly, Eliza Anne Creutzer, daughter of Colonel Henry Frederick Creutzer, on 1 June 1791.1 He married, secondly, Martha Honora Georgina Jervis, daughter of Captain William Henry Jervis and Lady Elizabeth Jane Lambart, on 2 July 1834 at Swanswick, EnglandG.4,1 He died on 19 March 1835.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-General in the 73rd Foot.1 He graduated from Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Doctor of Civil Law (D.C.L.)1 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Cockburn [N.S., 1671] on 9 June 1809.1

     Henrietta Elizabeth Mary Jervis was born on 5 December 1795.1 She was the daughter of Captain William Henry Jervis and Lady Elizabeth Jane Lambart.1 She married Captain Edmond Palmer on 27 November 1817 at Rochetts, Essex, EnglandG.1 She died on 8 March 1874 at age 78.1 She was buried at Sambrook Churchyard, Sambrooke, Shropshire, EnglandG.1
     From 27 November 1817, her married name became Palmer.1
