Emily Verner was the daughter of Sir William Verner, 1st Bt. and Harriet Wingfield.1 She married Rev. Hon. Francis Nathanial Clements, son of Nathaniel Clements, 2nd Earl of Leitrim and Mary Bermingham, on 6 January 1870.2 She died on 13 June 1911, without issue.1
Emily Verner was also known as Amelia Verner.2 From 6 January 1870, her married name became Clements.2
