     Lydia Birch was born circa 1823 at Sibton, Suffolk, England^G.¹ She was the daughter of Reverend Henry William Rouse Birch and Lydia Mildred.¹ She married John Henry Heigham, son of Reverend Henry Heigham and Elizabeth Symonds, on 2 September 1846.² She died circa 1900.¹
     Her married name became Heigham.¹

     John Henry Heigham was born on 24 July 1798.² He was the son of Reverend Henry Heigham and Elizabeth Symonds.³ He married, secondly, Lydia Birch, daughter of Reverend Henry William Rouse Birch and Lydia Mildred, on 2 September 1846.² He died on 22 July 1879 at age 80.²

     Ernest Henry Heigham was born circa 1851 at Hunston, Suffolk, England^G.¹ He was the son of John Henry Heigham and Lydia Birch.¹

     Count R. Wurtzburg lived at Kensington Court Place, London, England^G.¹

     Julia R. Wurtzburg is the daughter of Count R. Wurtzburg.² She married John Alistair Nigel Cameron, son of Sir Donald Hamish Cameron of Lochiel, 26th Chief of Clan Cameron and Margaret Doris Gathorne-Hardy, in 1982.¹
     From 1982, her married name became Cameron.¹
