Donald MacDonald, 3rd of Keppoch was the son of Angus MacDonald, 2nd of Keppoch and unknown daughter MacPhee.2 He married unknown daughter Cameron, daughter of Donald 'Dhu' Cameron, 11th Chief of Clan Cameron and unknown heiress MacMartin.2 He died in 1496, killed in action fighting against Dugald Stewart.2

(Tory) for Ludgershall between 1821 and 1826.4 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for Bath between 1826 and 1830.4 He held the office of Lord of the Admiralty between 1828 and 1829.3 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for Dunwich between 1831 and 1832.4 He was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Law (LL.D.) by Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, in 1835.3 He succeeded as the 3rd Baron Camden of Camden Place, in Chislehurst, co.
