     Agnes Fraser was the daughter of Thomas Fraser of Durris.1 She married Alexander Buchan, 7th of Auchmacoy, son of Alexander Buchan, 6th of Auchmacoy and Elizabeth Seton, in 1598.1
     From 1598, her married name became Buchan.1

     James Buchan, 8th of Auchmacoy was the son of Alexander Buchan, 7th of Auchmacoy and Agnes Fraser.1 He married Margaret Seton, daughter of Alexander Seton, 2nd of Pitmedden and Beatrix Ogilvy.1 He died before 20 April 1661.1
     James Buchan, 8th of Auchmacoy was a Royalist during the Civil War.1
