     Reverend Robert Carter Thelwell was born in 1721.2 He married Charlotte Nelthorpe, daughter of Sir Henry Nelthorpe, 5th Bt. and Elizabeth Branston.3 He married Hannah Spooner in 1783 at Blyborough, Lincolnshire, England.4 He died circa 15 October 1789.2,4 He was buried on 18 October 1789 at Redbourne, Lincolnshire, England.4
     He lived at Redbourne Hall, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.1

     Charlotte Nelthorpe was baptised on 29 January 1742 at Barton upon Humber, Lincolnshire, England.3 She was the daughter of Sir Henry Nelthorpe, 5th Bt. and Elizabeth Branston.3 She married Reverend Robert Carter Thelwell.4 She died on 8 March 1780 at age 38 at Redbourne, Lincolnshire, England.3
     Her married name became Thelwell.

     Sir Henry Nelthorpe, 5th Bt. was born in 1697. He was the son of Henry Nelthorpe and Anne Hobson.1 He married, firstly, Joan Seaman on 18 August 1726.2 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Branston in 1740.2 He died in 1746.
     He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Nelthorpe, of Gray's Inn, London [E., 1666] in 1728.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Lincolnshire in 1741.1

     John Nelthorpe was the son of Griffith Nelthorpe. He married Mary Cracroft, daughter of Robert Cracroft.
     He lived at Little Grimsby Hall, Lincolnshire, EnglandG.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Lincolnshire in 1775.1

     James Raymond Johnstone of Alva was born on 4 June 1768.2 He was the son of John Johnstone and Elizabeth Caroline Keene.2,3 He married Mary Elizabeth Cholmeley, daughter of Montague Cholmeley and Sarah Sibthorp, on 22 June 1799.3 He died on 7 April 1830 at age 61.2

     Major George Sholto Douglas was born on 27 April 1858.1 He was the son of Admiral Hon. George Henry Douglas and Charlotte Martha Parker.1 He married Lady Laura Mary Wentworth-Fitzwilliam, daughter of William FitzWilliam, Viscount Milton and Laura Maria Theresa Beauclerk, on 30 April 1889.1 He died on 10 February 1916 at age 57.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 1st Battalion, Cameronians.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 4th Battalion, Bedfordshire Regiment.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Hertfordshire.1 He lived at Eden Hall, Kelso, Roxburghshire, ScotlandG.

Rear-Admiral John Bourmaster Dickson1

     Rear-Admiral John Bourmaster Dickson was born on 29 April 1815.1 He was the son of Rear-Admiral Sir Archibald Collingwood Dickson, 2nd Bt. and Harriet Bourmaster.2,1 He married, firstly, Sarah Matilda Poynder, daughter of Thomas Poynder, on 19 June 1855.1 He married, secondly, Ellen Frampton, daughter of William Hamwood Frampton, on 4 August 1868.1 He died on 11 February 1876 at age 60.2
     He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)1 He gained the rank of Rear-Admiral in the Royal Navy.1
