     Sir John Nelthorpe, 1st Bt. was the son of Richard Nelthorpe and Ursula Grosvenor.1 He died in 1699, unmarried.1
     He was admitted to Gray's Inn.1 He was created 1st Baronet Nelthorpe, of Gray's Inn, London [England] on 10 May 1666, with special remainder to his nephew Godard.1
