     Elizabeth Dickson was the daughter of Admiral Archibald Dickson, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Porter.1 She married, firstly, Captain William Dickson, son of Admiral William Dickson and Jane Collingwood, in 1791.1 She married, secondly, Rear-Admiral John Child Purvis on 2 August 1804.1 She died on 27 July 1856.1
     From 2 August 1804, her married name became Purvis.1

     Captain William Dickson was born before 1772.1 He was the son of Admiral William Dickson and Jane Collingwood.1 He married Elizabeth Dickson, daughter of Admiral Archibald Dickson, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Porter, in 1791.1 He died in 1795, without issue.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 22nd Regiment.1

     Frances Anne Willis is the daughter of Reverend James Willis.1 She married, firstly, Admiral Archibald Dickson, 1st Bt., son of Archibald Dickson, on 2 December 1800.1 She married, secondly, Maj.-Gen. E. J. O'Brien after 1803.1
     From 2 December 1800, her married name became Dickson.1 From after 1803, her married name became O'Brien.1

     Vice-Admiral Sir William Dickson, 3rd Bt. was born on 16 June 1798.1 He was the son of Rear-Admiral Sir Archibald Collingwood Dickson, 2nd Bt. and Harriet Bourmaster.1 He married Laura Emmeline Northey, daughter of Colonel Lewis Augustus Northey and Laura Paxton, on 26 June 1850.1 He died on 5 January 1868 at age 69, without issue.1
     He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Dickson [U.K., 1802] on 18 June 1827.1
