Phoebe Bonser was the daughter of Rt. Hon. Sir John Winfield-Bonser.1 She married, firstly, Oliver Baring, son of Walter Baring and Ellen Guarracino, on 27 February 1906.1 She married, secondly, Lt.-Col. Frederick Carey Stuckley Samborne-Palmer, son of Reverend R. L. P. Samborne, on 5 February 1946.1 She died on 8 May 1971.1
From 27 February 1906, her married name became Baring.1 From 5 February 1946, her married name became Samborne-Palmer.1

Rt. Hon. Sir John Winfield-Bonser is the son of Reverend John Bonser.2 He married Mary Catherine Colville, daughter of Colonel Hon. Sir William James Colville and Georgiana Mary Montagu Baillie, on 19 April 1899.1 He died on 9 December 1914.1
