Graham Charles Mackintosh was born on 12 March 1964.1 He is the son of John Mackintosh, 2nd Viscount Mackintosh of Halifax and Gwynneth Charlesworth Gledhill.1 He married, firstly, Anjella Fisher in March 1994.1 He and Anjella Fisher were divorced in 1999.1 He married, secondly, Nancy Jane West, daughter of Houghton Henry West, in October 1999.1
