     Gilbert Edwin Christian was born on 9 September 1844 at Pitcairn Island.¹ He was the son of Charles Christian and Charlotte Quintal.² He married Jemima Sarah Nobbs, daughter of Reverend George Hunn Nobbs and Sarah Christian, on 19 June 1864 at Norfolk Island.² He died on 10 January 1866 at age 21 at Norfolk Island.¹

     Mary Emily Christian was born on 3 October 1852 at Pitcairn Island.¹ She was the daughter of Benjamin Claudius Christian and Eliza Quintal.² She married Alfred Augustine Nobbs, son of Reverend George Hunn Nobbs and Sarah Christian, on 23 August 1868 at Norfolk Island.² She died on 10 November 1896 at age 44 at Norfolk Island.³
      Mary Emily Christian usually went by her middle name of Emily.³ From 23 August 1868, her married name became Nobbs.²

     Helena Nobbs was born on 26 August 1869 at Norfolk Island.¹ She was the daughter of Alfred Augustine Nobbs and Mary Emily Christian.¹ She married Frederic Stanley Richard McCoy, son of Philip McCoy and Sarah Quintal, on 29 August 1889 at Norfolk Island.² She died on 13 February 1929 at age 59 at Norfolk Island.¹
      From 29 August 1889, her married name became McCoy.²

     Sydney Herbert Nobbs was born on 17 December 1871 at Norfolk Island.¹ He is the son of Alfred Augustine Nobbs and Mary Emily Christian.¹ He married, firstly, Celia Adams, daughter of Byron Stanley Mitchell Adams and Maria Edith McCoy, on 22 February 1893 at Norfolk Island.² He married, secondly, Margaret Ann Harker in 1924 at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.²

     Alice Elizabeth Nobbs was born on 1 September 1875 at Norfolk Island.¹ She was the daughter of Alfred Augustine Nobbs and Mary Emily Christian.¹ She married Stephen Christian McCoy, son of Philip McCoy and Sarah Quintal, on 14 November 1893 at Norfolk Island.¹ She died in 1965.¹
      From 14 November 1893, her married name became McCoy.²

     Benjamin ffrench Nobbs was born on 15 August 1877 at Norfolk Island.¹ He was the son of Alfred Augustine Nobbs and Mary Emily Christian.¹ He married, firstly, Amy Quintal, daughter of Cornelius Quintal and Ellen Amelia Moore, on 29 November 1900 at Norfolk Island.² He married, secondly, Martha Iris Nobbs, daughter of George Edward Nobbs and Amelia Evans, on 30 September 1949 at Registrar's Office, Norfolk Island.³ He died on 8 July 1954 at age 76 at Norfolk Island.¹ He was buried on 10 July 1954 at Kingston Cemetery, Norfolk Island.³

     Francis Hunn Nobbs was born on 22 April 1880 at Norfolk Island.² He was the son of Alfred Augustine Nobbs and Mary Emily Christian.¹ He married, firstly, Ruth Christian, daughter of Isaac Christian and Miriam Young, on 21 September 1899 at Norfolk Island.² He and Ruth Christian were divorced.³ He married, secondly, Nancy Courtney, daughter of John Courtney and Rose Ireland, in April 1933 at Methodist Church, Norfolk Island.³ He died on 28 February 1936 at age 55 at Norfolk Island.³ He was buried on 29 February 1936 at Kingston Cemetery, Kingston, Norfolk Island.³

     Eliza Jemima Nobbs was born in 1882 at Norfolk Island.² She was the daughter of Alfred Augustine Nobbs and Mary Emily Christian.¹ She married Thomas Ephraim Adams, son of Byron Stanley Mitchell Adams and Maria Edith McCoy, on 14 August 1902 at Norfolk Island.²
      From 14 August 1902, her married name became Adams.²
