James Hamilton, 1st Earl of Clanbrassill was the son of James Hamilton and Hon. Anne Mordaunt.1,2 He married Lady Harriet Bentinck, daughter of Hans William Bentinck, 1st Earl of Portland and Jane Martha Temple, on 15 October 1728 at The Hague, The Netherlands.2 He died on 17 March 1758 at St. Stephen's Green, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.2
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Dundalk [Ireland] between 1715 and 1719.2 He was created 1st Baron Claneboye, co. Down [Ireland] on 13 May 1719.2 He was created 1st Viscount of the City of Limerick [Ireland] on 13 May 1719.2 He was member of the Common Council for the province of Georgia in 1733.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Wendover between 1735 and 1741.2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Tavistock from 1741/42 to 1747.2 He was chairman of the Committee to enquire into the behaviour of the late Prime Minister, the Earl of Orford in March 1741/42.2 He was invested as a Privy Counsellor (P.C.) Francis Godolphin, 2nd Baron Godolphin was born circa 1700. He was the son of Henry Godolphin and Mary Godolphin.2 He married Lady Barbara Bentinck, daughter of Hans William Bentinck, 1st Earl of Portland and Jane Martha Temple, on 18 February 1733/34.1 He died on 25 May 1785, without issue.1

Charles William Francis Noel, 3rd Earl of Gainsborough was born on 20 October 1850.3 He was the son of Charles George Noel, 2nd Earl of Gainsborough and Lady Ida Harriet Augusta Hay.4 He married, firstly, Augusta Mary Catherine Berkeley, daughter of Robert Berkeley and Lady Mary Caroline Browne, on 9 May 1876.5 He married, secondly, Mary Elizabeth Dease, daughter of James Arthur Dease and Charlotte Jerningham, on 2 February 1880.3 He died on 17 April 1926 at age 75.1
