James Campbell, 2nd of Lawers1

     James Campbell, 2nd of Lawers was the son of John Campbell, 1st of Lawers and Agnes Moncreiff.1,2 He married, firstly, Marion Forrester, daughter of Sir Walter Forrester, 7th of Torwood, 2nd of Garden and Agnes Graham.1 He married, thirdly, Isobel Hay.1 He married, secondly, Janet Gray, daughter of Andrew Gray, 2nd Lord Gray and Lady Elizabeth Stewart, circa 1530.1 He died on 12 February 1561/62.1
     On 16 June 1525 he had a charter of the territorial Barony of Lawers from King James V.1

     John Campbell, 1st of Lawers was the son of Sir Colin Campbell, 1st of Glenorchy and Margaret Stirling.2,1 He married, firstly, Agnes Moncreiff.2 He married, secondly, Christian Ogilvy before 1513.2 He died on 9 September 1513 at Flodden Field, Northumberland, EnglandG, killed in action.2
     He lived at Lawers, Perthshire, ScotlandG.2 He fought in the Battle of Flodden on 9 September 1513.2
