     John Home was the son of Alexander Home, Master of Home and Agnes Hepburn.1 A contract for the marriage of John Home and Margaret Ker was signed on 20 March 1471/72.1 He died circa 22 June 1493.1
     He lived at Ersilton, Scotland.1 He held the office of Scottish Ambassador to England in 1491.1

      Her married name became Campbell.
