     Wilhelm Karl Herzog von Urach was born on 3 March 1864 at MonacoG.1 He was the son of Wilhelm Herzog von Urach and Florestine Grimaldi, Princesse de Monaco.1 He married, firstly, Amalie Maria Herzogin in Bayern, daughter of Karl Theodor Herzog in Bayern and Sophie Marie Prinzessin von Sachsen, on 4 July 1892.1 He married, secondly, Wiltrude Marie Alix Prinzessin von Bayern, daughter of Ludwig III König von Bayern and Maria Theresia Henriette Dorothea Erzherzogin von Österreich-Este, on 26 November 1924.1 He died on 24 March 1928 at age 64 at Rapallo, ItalyG.1
     He gained the title of Graf von Württemberg.1 He succeeded as the Herzog von Urach on 17 July 1869, 2nd Duke of Urach.1 On 11 July 1918 the Lithuanian Parliament voted him in as King of Lithuania, but withdrew the offer on 2 Nov 1918.2

     Karl Theodor Herzog in Bayern was born on 9 August 1839 at PossenhofenG. He was the son of Maximilian Joseph Herzog in Bayern and Ludovika Wilhelmine Prinzessin von Bayern. He married, firstly, Sophie Marie Prinzessin von Sachsen, daughter of Johann I König von Sachsen and Amalie Auguste Prinzessin von Bayern, on 11 February 1865. He married, secondly, Maria Josepha de Bragança, Infanta de Portugal, daughter of Miguel I de Bragança, Rei de Portugal and Adelheid Prinzessin zu Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rosenberg, on 29 April 1874. He died on 30 November 1909 at age 70.
     Karl Theodor Herzog in Bayern also went by the nick-name of Gackl. He gained the title of Herzog in Bayern.3
