Charlotte Jane Kenyon, daughter of Lloyd Kenyon, 3rd Baron Kenyon and Hon. Georgiana de Grey, on 13 January 1876. He died on 21 November 1910 at age 67.

Hon. Charlotte Jane Kenyon was the daughter of Lloyd Kenyon, 3rd Baron Kenyon and Hon. Georgiana de Grey. She married Reverend George Montague Osborn, son of Sir George Robert Osborn, 6th Bt. and Lady Charlotte Kerr, on 13 January 1876. She died on 27 April 1893.

Hon. Georgiana de Grey was the daughter of Thomas de Grey, 4th Baron Walsingham. She married Lloyd Kenyon, 3rd Baron Kenyon, son of George Kenyon, 2nd Baron Kenyon and Margaret Emma Hanmer, on 29 June 1833. She died on 22 April 1874.
Her married name became Kenyon.
