     Henry John Robert Osborn was born on 12 September 1839.1 He was the son of Sir George Robert Osborn, 6th Bt. and Lady Charlotte Kerr.1 He married Emily St. Quintin, daughter of Thomas St. Quintin, on 28 April 1866.1 He died on 29 March 1889 at age 49, lost in a collision between the steamer Comtesse de Flandres and the Princess Henriette, in the English Channel.2
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 1st Life Guards.1

     Sir Algernon Kerr Butler Osborn, 7th Bt. was born on 8 August 1870.1 He was the son of Henry John Robert Osborn and Emily St. Quintin.1 He married Beatrice Elliot Kennard Greenfield, daughter of William Bunce Greenfield and Mary Jane Kennard, on 3 June 1903.1 He died on 19 July 1948 at age 77.1
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.1 He was educated at Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Osborne, of Chicksands Priory, co. Bedford [E., 1662] on 11 January 1892.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Battalion, Bedfordshire Regiment.1 He held the office of High Sheriff of Bedfordshire in 1909.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Bedfordshire.1

     Beatrice Elliot Kennard Greenfield was the daughter of William Bunce Greenfield and Mary Jane Kennard.1 She married Sir Algernon Kerr Butler Osborn, 7th Bt., son of Henry John Robert Osborn and Emily St. Quintin, on 3 June 1903.1 She died on 30 August 1963.1
     Her married name became Osborn.

     He fought in the Second World War, with the Intelligence Department, War Office.1 He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Osborne, of Chicksands Priory, co. Bedford [E., 1662] on 19 July 1948.1
