     Clare Harriet Knight was baptised on 12 August 1858 at St. Dennis, Cornwall, England.2 She was the daughter of John Knight and Melinda Annear.2 She married, firstly, Reverend Henry Gordon Cranmer on 5 July 1879 at Charles the Martyr, Plymouth, Devon, England.1,2 She married, secondly, Mark Charles Davers Osborn, son of Sir George Robert Osborn, 6th Bt. and Lady Charlotte Kerr, on 12 October 1904.1 She died in 1920.1
     From 5 July 1879, her married name became Cranmer.1 From 12 October 1904, her married name became Osborn.1
