     Sir John Williams, 1st Bt. was the son of Bennett Williams and Sarah Hesketh.1 He married Margaret Williams, daughter of Hugh Williams, on 21 October 1791.2 He died on 9 October 1830.
     He gained the title of 1st Baronet Williams. In 1794 High Sheriff Flints.2 On 24 July 1798 so created.2

     Margaret Williams was the daughter of Hugh Williams. She married Sir John Williams, 1st Bt., son of Bennett Williams and Sarah Hesketh, on 21 October 1791.1 She died on 6 March 1835.1
     She lived Tyfry.1 Anglesey.1 Her married name became Williams.

     Sir John Hay-Williams, 2nd Bt. was born on 9 January 1794.2 He was the son of Sir John Williams, 1st Bt. and Margaret Williams. He married Lady Sarah Elizabeth Pitt Amherst, daughter of William Pitt Amherst, 1st Earl Amherst of Arracan and Hon. Sarah Archer, on 8 September 1842.1 He died on 10 September 1859 at age 65.
     He gained the title of 2nd Baronet Williams, of Bodelwyddan. He was given the name of John Williams, at birth. On 12 May 1842 his name was legally changed to John Hay-Williams by Royal Licence.

     William Williams was born on 20 September 1805.1 He was the son of Sir John Williams, 1st Bt. and Margaret Williams. He married Arabella Pretyman, daughter of Reverend George Thomas Pretyman, on 30 June 1855.1 He married Marion Scott, daughter of Maj.-Gen. William Henry Scott, on 3 August 1871. He died on 18 August 1892 at age 86.1
