     Hon. Patience Kemp was born on 24 June 1898. She was the daughter of George Kemp, 1st Baron Rochdale and Lady Beatrice Mary Egerton.1 She married, firstly, Brigadier Christian George Maude, son of Lt.-Col. Aubrey Maurice Maude and Amy Florence Lucas, on 7 October 1920.1 She and Brigadier Christian George Maude were divorced in 1931. She married, secondly, Sir Victor Basil John Seely, 4th Bt., son of Sir Charles Hilton Seely, 2nd Bt. and Hilda Lucy Grant, on 16 January 1931.1 She died on 19 February 1935 at age 36.1
     From 7 October 1920, her married name became Maude. From 16 January 1931, her married name became Seely.

     Sir Victor Basil John Seely, 4th Bt. was born on 18 May 1900.2 He was the son of Sir Charles Hilton Seely, 2nd Bt. and Hilda Lucy Grant.2 He married, firstly, Sybil Helen Gibbons, daughter of Sills Clifford Gibbons, on 22 September 1922. He and Sybil Helen Gibbons were divorced in 1931.2 He married, secondly, Hon. Patience Kemp, daughter of George Kemp, 1st Baron Rochdale and Lady Beatrice Mary Egerton, on 16 January 1931.2 He married, thirdly, Mary Frances Margaret Collins, daughter of William Ronald Collins, on 8 June 1937.2 He died in 1980.2
     Sir Victor Basil John Seely, 4th Bt. was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England.2 He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the South Nottinghamshire Yeomanry.2 He fought in the Second World War, where he was a prisoner of war from 1941 to 1943, before escaping.2 He gained the rank of Major in the service of the 9th Queens Own Lancers, Royal Armoured Corps.2 He became a Master of the Gunmakers Company in 1957.2 He became a Master of the Gunmakers Company in 1964.2 He succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Seely, of Sherwood Lodge, Arnold, Nottinghamshire and Brooke House, Isle of Wight [U.K., 1896] on 1 April 1970.1

     Richard Tassell Anthony Grant was baptised on 22 November 1838 at Alverstoke, Hampshire, England.2 He was the son of Sir Thomas Tassell Grant and Emma (?).2 He married, firstly, Lucy Ann Whiting, daughter of William Henry Whiting and Elizabeth Garstin, in 1863 at Ryde, Isle of Wight, England.2 He married, secondly, Mabel Baring, daughter of Lt.-Gen. Charles Baring and Helen Graham, on 3 September 1884.3 He died on 1 July 1902 at age 63 at Isle of Wight, England.3,2
     Richard Tassell Anthony Grant held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.).4 He lived at Staffa, West Cowes, Isle of Wight, England.1

     Captain Charles Grant Seely was born on 29 November 1894.1 He was the son of Sir Charles Hilton Seely, 2nd Bt. and Hilda Lucy Grant.1 He died on 19 April 1917 at age 22, killed in action.1
     Captain Charles Grant Seely gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 8th Hampshire Regiment (Isle of Wight Rifles).1 He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded.1
