     Her married name became Cresswell. From 1984, her married name became Lord. She lived in 2003 at Four Wells, Lower Slaughter, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England^G.¹

     Major Estcourt Richard Cresswell was the son of Captain Herbert Pinckney Cresswell.¹ He married Gillian Mabelle Beauclerk Maude, daughter of Brigadier Christian George Maude and Hester Joan Egerton, on 29 March 1960.¹ He died in 1983.¹
     He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)¹ He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)¹ He gained the rank of Major in the 15th/19th King's Royal Hussars.¹
