     Lt.-Col. Henry Blackwood Hallowes Waring was born in 1919.¹ He was the son of Lt.-Col. Henry Archibald Waring and Marjorie Hallowes.¹ He married Myra Jean Hoare, daughter of Lt.-Col. Geoffrey Lennard Hoare and Lady Alma Stopford, in 1952.¹ He died in 2005.¹
     He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)¹

     Xiao Fen Wang is the daughter of Professor Jin Fen Wang. She married Sir George John Aird, 4th Bt., son of Colonel Sir John Renton Aird, 3rd Bt. and Lady Priscilla Heathcote-Drummond-Willoughby, in 2011.
