Catherine Wallop, on 3 May 1798 at London, England.³ He married, secondly, Lady Henrietta Susannah Montagu, daughter of John Montagu, 5th Earl of Sandwich and Lady Mary Henrietta Powlett.^3,2 He died on 5 December 1820 at age 43 at Minterne House, Dorset, England.²

Granville Dudley Ryder and Lady Georgiana Augusta Somerset.¹ She married Colonel Sir Philip Charles William FitzRoy James, son of Lt.-Col. William James and Catherine Gordon, in 1844.¹ She died on 9 January 1860 at age 32.²
     From 1844, her married name became James.¹

     Colonel Mark William James was born on 19 October 1845 at Minterne House, Dorset, England.¹ He was the son of Colonel Sir Philip Charles William FitzRoy James and Susan Georgiana Ryder.¹ He married Caroline Ethel Gertrude Stewart, daughter of Admiral Hon. Keith Stewart and Mary Caroline Fitzroy, on 15 July 1870.¹ He died on 16 May 1898 at age 52 at Hamilton, Bermuda.¹
     He was also known as William James.² He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.³ He was educated at Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.³ He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Scots Greys.⁴ He held the office of Canon of Bermuda.⁵
