     Nigel Eustace Philip Sutton was born on 29 March 1896. He was the son of Maj.-Gen. Hugh Clement Sutton and Mabel Ida Munro. He married, firstly, Stella Clementina Price, daughter of Montague Whittingham Price and Clementina Elizabeth Charlotte Villiers, on 6 April 1921. He married, secondly, Elizabeth Clothilde Hedwig Gruszner, daughter of Zoltan Gruszner, on 21 March 1951. He died on 18 March 1956 at age 59.
